Mailing, Web-to-Print & Fulfillment

Holland Litho now offers Mailing services to complement all of our other services! Our warehouse space allows us to store finished product for our customers at a reasonable rate and our specialized software allows us to accurately track and report your inventory and history.

Mailing
You can send us your mail list with your electronic artwork for your print job and we can take care of your project from pixels to paper to Post Office. We’ll work with you from start to finish – including consultation to ensure your piece meets Postal requirements from the design and printing, to customized printed fields for any variable data. 

Addressing – The latest high quality HP inkjet technology, up to 600 x 600 resolution, inkjet on coated stocks and even aqueous.
Color inkjet – available in most PMS colors (special order).
List Sourcing and Development – Let us help you find sales leads, mailing lists and prospecting data for your own or your customers’ direct marketing campaigns.
USPS Address Enhancements – CASS Certification, NCOA (National Change of Address)
Specialty Services – Merge/Purge, Suppression, Radius Processing. 
Machine Inserting – Up to six pieces into envelopes; up to 6 x 9.

Web-to-Print
The ideal system for business cards, letterhead and other customized documents, you can quickly and easily personalize, proof, and approve projects directly from a web browser.   We offer an intuitive side-by-side approach which allows you to enter information and preview the document on the same screen. Also convenient for ordering product stored in our fulfillment area.

Fulfillment
Using our specialized software, we can assign a name and/or code to your product, track it, and report not only inventory amount, but all history of additions and releases with dates.

Storage, picking, kitting, shipping and delivery is available. Our large volume shipping
discounts are passed along to you. Call if special arrangements may be applicable.
