There was a staff of eight originally and services included typesetting, key lining, stat camera for film negatives and color separations, film assembly, film contacting and proof making, plate making, drafting supplies and blue print reproductions. The owners have had a wide variety of roles including; contacting, proofing, film assembly, platemaking, color separations and color correction, desktop publishing, Scitex page assembly, CTP, press operators, bindery operators, customer service, sales, estimating and management.
Holland Litho has grown to about 100 employees and runs two shifts a day, five days a week. Christian values are very important to the owners and they seek to incorporate those values into running the business.
