FlowMaster with MCS Perfect Match
HLPS can now produce match mailings up to four times faster with our new FlowMaster featuring the MCS Perfect Match system. The system combines high-speed inserting with camera systems, providing a match mailing speed that rivals more traditional read-and-print systems. We are achieving up to 95% of the productivity one would expect from a non-match mailing with our new MCS Perfect Match on a FlowMaster.
The FlowMaster also enhances our productivity by 50% to 100% when compared to traditional swing arm inserters. This is accomplished on the FlowMaster by collating, inserting and feeding the long edge of the paper, together with an advanced servo-driven precise inserting station.
Moll Advanced Glue System
It's a gluer, a tipper, a tapper and even a box and pocket-folder gluer: It's our new Moll Glue Station. This machine is designed to fold, glue, insert, and tape your cover stocks. They will lower cost, cut set-up time, and eliminate downtime when it comes to folding and gluing. It's the fastest, highest-quality solution on the market.
