Holland Litho: your packaging partner
The case for packaging
First impressions are everything.
This is especially true for your packaging. In this day and age, it is very challenging to capture a shopper's attention, communicate features and benefits, and at the same time position and build your brand. Packaging has a huge impact on product presentation and brand image. And quality printing is a huge part of a successful packaging strategy.
Why choose Holland Litho for your packaging?
Did you know that Holland Litho can produce packaging? For short to medium runs, we are often more competitive than traditional packaging printers! Even small quantities are very affordable with our workflow.
We can produce packaging printed directly on board — or with various corrugated/fluted materials. We can work with your existing package design and/or dieline — or can help you create something from scratch.
If you've worked with us before, you've seen the clear benefits of our turn-key services: in-house capabilities, short lead times, efficient manufacturing processes, competitiveness, flexibility and ability to deliver quickly and on-time. What you may not realize is that we bring the same approach to packaging.
With our array of digital and offset presses, coupled with prepress, die-cutting, converting and assembly, we are well-equipped to produce small to medium/long runs.
Great packaging is a proven way to make your product move. Need a unique item? We can help you create a unique die cut piece, whether a simple pocket folder, a box or something more complex. Our in-house diecutting helps ensure smooth and prompt production. Sizes and shapes for labels are nearly unlimited; in both self-adhesive stock and coated-one-side stock.
Case in point: the auto-bottom box
Just pull the corners and it is ready to fill!
Did you know Holland Litho can print your auto-bottom boxes, where the carton bottom comes with overlapping bottom flaps that are pre-glued? When you pull two opposite corners, it springs into place, no tape required. Just pop your box open, add your product and tuck the top closed. Talk about fast! Check out the images below and video at the bottom of the story to see an example.
Not only does this save you a lot of time, because the bottom is glued, it's stronger. Even with heavier items the bottom stays closed!
We produce these cartons start-to-finish in-house. Our team works with you to evaluate what it has to contain, the size requirements and how your carton has to function. We produce a CAD template for you to use to your artwork files. Need help creating those files? We can produce the graphics files and place them in the CAD layout for you as well.
Another style of box is the tuck bottom box. You just fold the bottom flaps and then tuck in the bottom. Here's a sample:
These are just two of many styles of packaging we can produce for you. Contact your sales rep to learn more about our packaging solutions.
