in Giving Back
Holland Litho's giving isn't just during the holidays!
At Holland Litho, we give back all year long
Holland Litho is committed to Giving Back. This isn't about public relations or pats on the back: our faith informs our commitment to good works for our community.
Every month, we accept nominations and choose a community non-profit for free printing. You can see a list of prior recipients on our Giving Back page. Please, take a moment and nominate your favorite charity. In this effort our customers truly are our partners in giving.
This past year, we have also made local housing solutions a strong part of our charitable mission. We are working closely with Pastor Willie at Lifeline Ministries to develop housing for our local homeless. We see the homeless challenges in Holland Litho as the most urgent crisis our community faces. We are actively working with donors, landowners and our local government to find solutions. You can read more about the homeless situation in our Resource Center article on this topic.
Finally, one of our most satisfying endeavors is to work with Joni and Friends, providing people who are affected by disability with unique outdoor experiences that might otherwise be unavailable to this underserved community.
For years, Holland Litho staff has provided horses, boating equipment and volunteer support to help make these events even more special. We're humbled by the commitment and dedication Joni and Friends demonstrates and honored to be part of the fun.
In the spirit of the holidays, we are also partnering with Salvation Army to bring their Angel Tree Toy Drive to our office. It's a great way for our team to do something together that will make a big difference to so many on Christmas morning.
"To whom much is given, much will be required." We believe this is as true today as when the Disciple Luke wrote those words 2,000 years ago. Want to know more? Give us a call. We'd be happy to brief you and provide suggestions on how you can help.
We provide horses for Joni and Friends retreats.
We are collecting toys in our plant for Salvation Army's Angel Tree Toy Drive.
The Salvation Army sent us a wonderful letter thanking us for our efforts..
