USPS address enhancements

CASS Certification, NCOA Updates. National Change of Address (NCOA) is a database owned and updated by the United States Postal Service (USPS), containing approximately 160 million permanent change-of-address (COA) records filed with the USPS over the last 48 months and, with few exceptions, is required for bulk mailing every 95 days.

HLPS can quickly insert up to six pieces into envelopes, up to a size of 9" x 6", with our automated inserting equipment.

postal delivery

While we have the ability to control several aspects of what we mail... the one thing we can't control is the delivery. Below you will find the estimated delivery times for first class and presort standard mailing from Grand Rapids. Unfortunately, these dates can also change based on elections, holidays, weather conditions and other variables. We have the ability to drop ship to sorting facilities across the nation to reduce postage costs when lists have a concentration of addresses in another area.
