Holland Litho produces vibrant color printing. Accomplished through our decades of color separation and prepress knowledge and highly experienced press operators. We have KBA presses accepting sheet sizes all the way up to 29.25" x 41.69". With over 120 press production hours per week spanning over two shifts, we offer quick response and plenty of capacity for your print project whether large or small.

KBA presses are known worldwide for their precision and state of the art technology. With ink key presets, auto plate load, auto blanket wash and density scanners.

The KBA Rapida 106 – 6 color + Coater the is one of the industries most advanced sheetfed presses, with features like; densitronic professional with in-line density control and adjustment, qualitronic color control with sheet scanning for quality control.

The KBA Rapida 106 – 5 color + Coater + Perfecting + Perforating unit shares the same inline density and color controls as well as some additional features. With a perfecting unit between units 2 & 3, we’re able to print two sides in one pass for any projects with 2/3 colors or less! This machine prints with UV inks with internal UV lamps for immediate ink drying, and will also do spot or flood UV or Aqueous coating. It’s also equipped with a special foil printing package and the CX equipment for paperboard packaging. There is also a perforating unit for perfs, scores and special cuts inline.

Both presses are 5 or 6 color and capable of 4cp plus a 5th and/or 6th in one pass! Skilled crafts people and quality equipment produce high quality results very efficiently! At Holland Litho, we are very competitive when it comes to pricing as well as turnaround times.

soft touch

Soft Touch is a coating that, when applied, creates a velvety texture. The paper becomes "soft" to the touch and increases the tactile appeal. Soft Touch coating creates a softer look and feel on printed materials than either aqueous or UV coating, while creating a barrier which is fingerprint resistant.

no-curl coating for uncoated stock

Water is used in the offset printing process, and the process itself, especially with uncoated stock, is susceptible to paper curl. As the printed sheet dries, it can warp and edges can curl, rather than remaining perfectly flat. A no-curl coating reduces or eliminates this problem. We'll let you know if you need to consider it.

gloss primer coat

A gloss primer coat is a wax-free and silicone-free coating for a sheet that will subsequently undergo foil stamping or laminating .
